this did not work 😟
Just got a new iPhone X and restored the data from my old iPhone 6 Plus to it. All is well except that I'm unable to accept the new iCloud Terms and Conditions. I click on the link under settings, click Agree twice to the terms, and it does nothing. Now it's popping up notifications regularly to agree to the terms, but I can't. What needs to be done?

Thanks this resolved it - but come on Apple! It is a stupid T and C formality. You guys are wasting my life.
Hi, I have the same issue then I tried everything including sign out from icloud. Now i am unable to sign back in anymore, it showed as " Unable to connect to server"
Hey, did you end up working out what to do? I have the exact same issue as you did with my new iPhone 8. Constant 'Verification failed' messages despite doing everything above. Heeeelp
