After updating to macOS 10.13.2, my M-Audio Fast Track Pro device is no longer recognized as an audio device via USB. The device does not seem to be recognized as a USB device anywhere: Audio Output, Audio Input, and the M-Audio driver says "Not connected". This was working as of 10.13.1.

I was finally able to test the M-Audio FastTrack Pro on two different USB Hubs, and unfortunately this did not work. I don't have the Aukey hub that Giorgio mentioned, so it's possible that's the factor here.
Sorry your USB hubs haven't worked. The Aukey hub as you say, may be the factor. Unlike many hubs, it sits (as it were) on the computer's charging cable, the charging current passing through the hub - but I don't know what this implies technically. I paid £35 for mine from Amazon, money I was happy to spend for a solution!

That's sad. I don't really see a comparable product on the market with the same interface support I use.
