iMessage - messages arriving in wrong order

Tried your solution, iMessage corrected the order of previous texts. However, the same problem persists to the new messages.

Your reply helped. But I realize that I also need to turn location on first before having Date & Time set to Automatic.

I am also experiencing this issue. Multiple people, latest software version 11.2.1. Has been happening for a couple of days. I have an iPhone 6s.

This happen to me right after I switch my phone from iphone7+ to iphone x.

the message in my macbook mass up in order, still had no clue how to fix it.

Ever since the most recent update this has been happening on my phone. Stinks. It would be great if it could be fixed.

Experiencing the same issue. Started with a single recipient, but now spreading to others. Latest iOS, date/time automatic and no red exclamation marks.

Same here. Started happening ever since I updated to version 11.2.1. When people reply back to iMessages quickly their response shows before my message in the text thread.
