Why does music stay on the lock screen

I’m having an issue where I now have a music banner in the center of my lock screen. It never goes away. I’ve searched the boards and have tried a couple things that have not worked. It doesn’t give me any option to dismiss it. Anyone know how to fix it?

For me, adjusting the Notifications did NOT work, what worked was removing and re-installing Pandora. No issues since then, it does not auto start anything until asked to do so by the Bluetooth linked device, and if I have Pandora open on my phone, it goes right back to the same song. Only shows in the lock screen when they're actively playing.

Super annoying indeed!

I’ve tried removing all music from my iPhone music app.

I’ve opened the Music app then shut it down by double tapping home and swiping it away, then locked the phone and unlocked it, and it’s still there.

If I hit Play on the nag, it will download something from my cloud, and I can’t stop it unless I lock/unlock the phone and hit pause on my lock screen nag!?! The Music app is closed and doesn’t say its playing anything if I open it - I have to lock and unlock my phone to do that.

In my technical opinion, sumpum’s messed up.
