Can't activate Word for Mac
I've been trying to activate Word for Mac but it rejects my Apple ID every time.

If you have an Office 365 subscription, you activate by putting in your Microsoft ID (nothing to do with Apple). For problems with MS products, it is best to use their own forums, e.g.

Thanks. But I'm trying to activate Word for Mac on an iMac. Every time I try, I get a pop-up window which requires my Apple ID and my Apple password. There's no getting around it.
