replace battery appointment

How do I make an appointment for replacing my iPhone 6 Plus battery?

It used to be easy to make a Genius Bar appointment. Now I have to jump through a bunch of hoops only to be left wondering how I get to the appointments. Still haven't found a way in.

iPhone 6 Plus, iOS 11.2.1

1. Call the local store you want to go to

2. Keep saying store rep until you get menu options

3. DO NOT CHOOSE OPTION FOR GENIUS APPT>

4. Choose Recent Purchase (Option 3)

5. When you get live person, make an appt.

(Store rep said they could book 10 days out)
