Apple Watch Series 3 Scratch (or maybe I’m overly anal/ocd

Hey all, I am new to this so sorry if this has been asked before. I purchased an Apple Watch series 3 less than 24 hours ago. I am a pilot and today when I was loading my bag my hook (coated in platidip) fell and very lightly bumped my watch. I am super anal about my devices and want to keep them in near perfect condition (impossible to keep perfect I know). I noticed today there is a very tiny what appears to be scratch on my display. The only thing is I only see it if I point my phone flashlight in the perfect angle or direct sunlight again in the perfect angle to see it. I have been reading and there seems to be some form of fingerprint coating on the watch And this scratch that I see in the perfect light doesn’t completely appear to be a scratch. It looks more like dirt or oil that just will not come off no matter how much I rub with a microfiber cloth. Did I scratch the glass or did I just mark this coating? Any help is appreciated thanks so much in advance!!
