nike run club app gps not showing map after ios update

Hi,

I have the Nike run club app on my iphone 5s and since updating to iOS11.2.2 on the weekend, my Apple watch Nike run club app is not showing the map of my run. No settings have changed on the phone or watch since the update, and the day before the update it was working correctly. It's as if the GPS link/pairing between the phone and watch is somehow not syncing. I only take the watch on the run and not the phone.

iPhone5s - iOS11.2.2, Apple Watch 3 - WatchOS4.2, Nike run club app 5.11.2

I've done the usual: toggle location services on and off, turn the phone on and off, turn the watch on and off, and check that all location services and tracking are still on.

Thanks.

Not sure of the temporal steps you employed. But simply follow the steps in sequential order, and every time before a run, sadly. Simply turn on Nike+ on the Watch after power up, just to make sure you’re not instructed to technically sync Nike+ app with your watch. The Run interface (Volt Circle) is an indicator. Also, make sure the Nike+ app is not On (iPhone).

Hit Run and you’re off. You should be complemented with a GPS read out.
