My college course has a component to visually see hydrogen orbitals, but it requires Java 3D and Java Advanced Imaging. How do I download this on High Sierra (10.13.2)?

To add some more information, this is the error that I receive when I attempt to open the component that allows the user to visually see hydrogen orbitals:
I was just going to ask Kurt. That "update" is from 2003. Since you are running Windows in Boot Camp you might have better luck installing in Windows.
In the original post, I stated that I am running 10.13.2 but so there are no further questions on that:

Whoops! Didn't notice the tiny date (why don't they make that more obvoius?).
Anyway, both should already be part of the OS.

I didn't know Java was now included in High Sierra.
So are Java 3D and Advanced Imaging included or are they a separate download? I'm not installing Java to find out.
There are others but I am the one spearheading getting it working. There is no one that has it working. Even the professor has no solution.
Actually, the professor is willing to help me get it working. He is going as far as giving me the java project to see if it needs to be updated to support Apple.

Apple’s “latest” is a deprecated Java, so I’m not sure it will work but I’m willing to try it. I was also trying to install java 3D from oracle but I haven’t finished yet.
