I don't suppose you are running AVG? See this thread: Re: iTunes error -45075. Users there reported that they had to fully remove AVG before reinstalling iTunes worked properly. Otherwise the -45075 error can usually be resolved by installing the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable Package.

Lol what I am saying is that I am ready to reinstall itunes and see if apple application support 64-bit will install properly
this time .Any advice before I reinstall?
Love your persistence and stick-to-it-ive-ness that's the way that I am wired also, I try the 12.7.1 and see what happens and thanks for hanging in there with me.

Thanks for your swift reply I am running avast which is known to conflict with the sfc /scannow files and checksur packaging. I ran the redistributable package before and at your advice I just ran it again and got the error 1935 during the installation attempt then the process rolls back. Do you think that I should uninstall avast and then uninstall and reinstall itunes?
okay I am back I uninstall the itune package completely and uninstalled avast antivirus completely
