When I go into Accounts & Passwords to add mail accounts, the "Add Account" and "Fetch New Data" is not highlighted and will not open to allow adding email accounts. This is new iPhone6 with IOS 11.2.5
I did reboot and checked that Restrictions are off. Thank you for your help and suggestions.

How to check the storage on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch -- Offload the Mail app then reinstall it. Go to Settings > General > iPhone Storage. After the list populates, scroll down to the Mail application and select it, then tap "Offload App". Once the Mail application has been removed, you can re-add it again. See if those missing fields have returned.
