I would like to know how is possible that when I proceed a cleaning installation of Windows 10 (no boot camp) booting in UEFI mode a have a black screen after install my video driver. So I used boot camp, create a hybrid GPT, installed Windows 7, upgrade to Windows 10 and my ATI HD 4670 is Working perfectly?
What is the difference?
Is not the same driver's?
my imac 2011 don't support win10 officially in bootcamp
I installed win7 in bootcamp back when I got it and has since upgrade windows to 8 and 8.1 and now 10
it works for the most parts even if not all the mac stuff is supported like build in bluetooth (so use an usb dongle) and the camera (use an usb camera) and as long as I'm sure to use the last officially supported amd driver it works fine if i let windows change the amd driver all **** breaks loose

I see! My iMac is 2010 and is not supposed to have a Windows 10 installed according with Apple boot camp. The thing is that, I saw a lot people saying they sucessfully installed Windows 10 and I really would like to have my windows running in EFI and a pure GPT. The problem is:
1: If I install Windows 10 without boot camp, everything goes smoothly and I have an EFI installation with no hybrid GPT. But, when I install the Ati HD 4670 Drivers, my display turns black and I need to boot into save mode and uninstall the driver manually.
2 If I install Windows 7 and upgrade, everything works great but! I can't boot my installation DVD in EFI, it's just doesn't work, only when I boot into legacy I can install Windows 7.
Any ideas? What can I do? Can I convert my windows 10 hybrid GPT into a pure GPT and boot windows in EFI without reinstall everything again?
