AMD Radeon Pro 5700 XT on Windows 10 Bootcamp

Hi,

I have installed Windows via Bootcamp on a NTFS Partition.

Windows was installed and its working, but I have troubles with the GPU Radeon Pro 5700 XT.

I have a display error, like this

Windows is also crashing without any process, like rendering, or high usage,

The drivers I get from the https://www.amd.com/en/support/kb/release-notes/apple-boot-camp do not solve the problem.

If I download the Adrenalin 2020 Edition, it cannot be installed,

I can manage to install the driver (loading the *.inf file),

but the system is not working very well. if I exit the screensaver, the resolution and the aspect ratio is changed, and I always end up in a totally distorted display.

So without radeon software the GPU is also not working.

But the Software is not possible to install Error 173

uninstalling the driver , changes to a basic displayadapter. this settings are working, but then I also get this aspect ratio issues.

is there a solution for this problem?

?

What are you referring to?

From where do you get "this" ?

If you can lead me to these lines I can show you what's on my W10.

There is something miss matching here.

The latest AMD drivers (5700xt) are from 2021_2_22 has the version number 21.2.xx

I don't know what version is your reference with 26.20.xx?

This the version running on my system

What version do you know is running on W10 system?

EDIT:

I have made some research and I found this

So the driver version is 26.20.15032.3004

the software version is 19.50.32.03 this is where I am referring to Version 21.2.xx

I got these problems with all drivers I could install until now, but never higher than seen in the picture (that's more than 1/2 year)

Assuming you have an iMac20,2 (Identify your iMac model - Apple Support), I get this

<ProductManufacturer>Apple Inc.</ProductManufacturer>
<ProductVersion>6.1.8082</ProductVersion>

and the drivers I see are 26.20.15032.2015 dated 9 July 2020.

This makes much more sense. My recommendation is to try and install the Bootcamp drivers. You may want to use DDU to remove all previous versions of the GPU drivers.
