Email from apple support

i have receive an email from apple supprot, but i think that is fail. “ RE: (REMINDER) (Order updated) Your apple ID order information has been updated (ID CLOUDPEMHXLSmku) Your account makes a suspicious transaction, We've temporarily limited your account due to this suspicious activity until the issue is resolved. If You didn't authorize this transaction, please dispute transaction soon. Verify Now Here is transaction detail : To email: (written my emeil adress) Transaction date: 1/26/2018 3:00:54 PM Transaction amount: $375.26 USD Transaction ID: 6R1V710SOC Note: Ship to ****** , Miami, FL ( US ) Please login to your account and provide the requested information to dispute this transaction before 01/26/18. if we don't receive the requested information soon, We can't refund your money and your account may be closed without any notification. Sincerely, Apple” i have singed to my apple id account but there is nothing about. can you help me, someone tried to hack my account? must i do something or not? thank you!

this is fraud, ignore the requests in the email and report it to Apple. Furthermore Apple will never address you by your email address, they will use the name you gave them with your account; e.g. Jane Appleseed, and not jappleseed@mail.dom


Avoid phishing emails, fake ‘virus‘ alerts, phony support calls, and other scams
