Why don’t I have an Apple Pay Cash Card in my wallet?

I have an iPhone 6s that is updated and I have checked everything listed on the Apple support page and I still don’t have an Apple Pay cash card or the option to enable it. Any suggestions?

Apple Pay with Iphone Wondering why when I check out in store and try to use iPhone to pay it coverts to Apple Cash. I want to use my Apple Card. My Apple Card is set to be preferred. but somehow it keeps going to Apple Cash. My Apple Card has available balance and is in good standing. I am a beginner and worried I have changed settings because SEVERAL of my iPhone features no longer work like they did. Apple lease help.
