Is this a split fusion drive?

I have just recently bought a refurbished iMac which has a fusion drive. The setup of my storage looks as follows in the "About This Mac" section and Finder:

I thought this was all good and normal for a fusion drive, until I stumbled upon Apple's official site explaining fusion drives. It says that the fusion drive should appear as a single drive in Finder and the "About This Mac", but my iMac doesn't appear that way.

Did I buy a split fusion drive? If so, should I follow these steps: How to fix a split Fusion Drive - Apple Support in order to fix it?

P.S: With the fusion drive fixed (if my fusion drive is currently split), would I be able to run Windows via Bootcamp on the HD part of my Mac?
