Apple Watch disabled and unpaired from phone

My Apple Watch got disabled and it said on the screen go to the Apple Watch app go to passcode and press reset but when I went into passcode it said please put your passcode pin in on your watch so basically it is contradicting itself😤😤, so I went to apple and told One of the tech guys and he said unpair them so I did, but it didn’t work on the watch and it still says go to passcode press reset but I can’t do that because I have unpaired it 😤😤, because that is what the guy at apple s to do

Does anyone know what I can do

Hi

Follow these steps to erase your locked Apple Watch and re-pair it with your iPhone:

  • Connect the Apple Watch to its charging cable, connected to power.
  • Whilst keeping the Apple Watch on the charger and connected to power:
    • Press and hold the side button until you see the Power Off slider.
    • Press firmly on Power Off (do not try to slide it - just press down more firmly than a normal tap), release your finger and then tap on Erase all content and settings and confirm.
  • Re-pair your Apple Watch using the Watch app on your iPhone, choosing to Restore from Backup if offered the option.
