icloud: delet files for more space
Is this true? I delet files to get more space in the cloud. So, when I delet the file, the equivalent file on my Mac will be deleted as well ???

That is true. iCloud is a syncing system, not an external storage system. If you delete them from the device/computer they will be deleted from iCloud. Your only option is to turn off syncing.
Thanks your answer was helpful. So actually I understand the iCloud as a storage of dates which I can collect from any devices connected with my iCloud - but thats it. To store dates as a backup I use the Time Machine. If there is no space any more in the Time Machine it will delet the oldest stored dates - and if this oldest dates are still on my iMac they will not be deleted!
You are welcome. That is correct.
