cellular Watch music playing trouble

I cannot get my Apple Music to play through my cellular iWatch without my iPhone nearby. Shouldn't it play without needing the iPhone?

Apple Watch Series 3 (GPS + Cellular) supports streaming music from Apple Music when connected to cellular.

It may help to check your settings:

On iPhone, go to: Settings > Mobile / Cellular Data > turn on Music.
On iPhone, go to: Settings > Music > Mobile / Cellular Data > enable Cellular Data and Streaming.
