Auto awake for smart iPad cover

How do you turn your Ipad mini 4 so that auto wake and sleep will work with smart cover?

iMac (21.5-inch, Late 2013), iOS 11.0.3

Note that the Lock/Unlock option will only appear when the smart cover is attached (open, of course).

Its settings, display & brightness, lock/unlock
