iphone 6 grey screen
iphone 6 screen keeps going grey and unresponsive. This appears to be a common fault with this model. Has Apple released a fix for this? My phone has not been damaged, it just developed spontaneously.

Press and hold both Power (side) and Home buttons for almost 10-15 seconds, until you see the Apple logo, and when it appears, release both buttons and wait for your iphone to restart. Test it.
If the above operation doesn't help you, you should try to restore your device to factory settings, installing a fresh copy of iOS. To perform this, make a full backup of your iP6, then follow the steps provided in this support guide, setting up your iphone as new:

When done, restore it from your previously made backup.
If the issue still persists, have your iphone checked at the nearest Apple Store
