apple watch series 3 Spanish dictation not working

I just got a Apple Watch series 3 with cellular (upgraded from series 1) and found out that when I try to reply to a message in Spanish it always thinks in English. I know it matches the lenguaje in the app (iMessage or email) on my iPhone, I also know how to change the dictation language on the watch and I also turned off and on both devices. Nothing of that seems to fix the problem. Please Help

Apple Watch Series 3, watchOS is 4.2.2, gps+cellular

After dealing with Apple on the phone with a Apple Watch specialist he found a solution.

The solution was to remove the Spanish (Spain) keyboard from your iPhone and add Spanish (Mexico) and finally that was the solution. Now it works as is supposed to. Of course we restored the watch previously but you can try before restoring.

I tried unpairing, resetting the watch to no avail, I believe this is a bug that Apple has not fixed.

Turns out it’s something to do with their last update. My iwatch series 2 did the same thing. I called and had it replaced with AppleCare+.

Edwin, they replaced the whole watch for you even though it’s a software issue?

Yes, they replaced it. And yet again I accidentally updated the watch to the last one. STILL DOING THE SAME THING. When I got it brand new with OS 3.2.2 it was working fine.
