My apps unable to access microphone

Facebook, Messenger and Google Duo

I have an iPhone 6s iOS updated to currently.

Tried deleting apps and re-downloading.

Go through setting on each individual app microphone doesn’t even appear there. And settings straight to microphone and say no apps asked for access.

I understand from your post that none of your apps can access your microphone on your iPhone 6S. What you are describing sounds like restrictions may be turned on. The following article has information on how you can use restrictions. If the microphone has been restricted that could be why none of your apps have access to it.
