iPhone earbuds too loud

Hi. I have an iPhone 6s Plus ok iOS 10.3.3. I do NOT want iOS 11. I've tried Bluetooth earbuds. I've tried billboard brand(trash),Anker,and Jlab. All were too loud on the minimum volume setting. I definitely know how to change the volume. But it's like having wired earbuds on volume 5,yet it's at minimum! Apple has no idea why when I talked to them. My lg G5 does NOT have this issue,but I use my iPhone mostly. I can't take loud music. I need quiet. I've googled and nobody whatsoever has answers this question fully. Any help would be nice to my problem. Thanks

Well it's highly recommended and works very well with iPhone.

Hi. Yes I did. And it helped some,but only in the built in music app. But it's too loud. I just tried my wired earbuds that used to come with iPod touches,and they are quiet. The issue is the same with my iPad and old iPhone 4s. It's no doubt Apple related. Thanks

Are you using earbuds or headphones? If earbuds,which kind? And when I say loud,it's like having wired earbuds on volume 5. It's too loud. All 3 pairs of my earbuds have been to loud on iOS,and not my lg G5. Are you sure it's just not loud to you? A lot of people like having their music play loud. Anyways,thanks a lot.

Those are probably EarPods,which are wired. The Bluetooth ones seem to be the only issue. But I like Bluetooth since the cord running down is annoying. Thanks anyways though for helping. Have a good one
