Thanks, I was thinking it was just a setting I had wrong or something simple but appears not, I am trying to fix via apple support for now, I will see how that goes then check with carrier if all else fails

Sorry, not a carrier issue, I can make calls but not receive, if it were a carrier issue I wouldn’t be able to make calls but thanks for trying👍
