Breathe App Icon

On the AW 3, I am using the clock face (the clock with the second hand) and the breathe icon is top right corner (blue U shape), how do I remove the icon? How do I prevent the icon from opening? My sleeve or cuff of my coat or my finger will brush the screen and the breathe app will open. It is very annoying to have this app open each time something swipes across the screen or hits the icon. On the phone, under Breathe app, I have the reminders set to None and almost every setting is off.

Perhaps, I can't prevent the App from opening each time the icon is swiped or pressed. I may need to choose a different Face.
