FileVault stuck decrypting at 98%

I have a late 2011 MacBook Pro that I’ve been trying to update. I just upgraded the OS From lion to El Capitan and accidentally turned on FileVault. I had canceled the progress early using terminal commands and it began decrypting. However, it has now been stuck on 98.84% progress for the last 2 days. Is there anyway to check if it is stuck or get it to finish decrypting? Any help would be appreciated.
