My air printer was working well. Now I cannot print from either iPhone nor iPad
the printer is connected to the same router as both phone and pad
I have dis connected and reconnected both printer and router
my error message is either ”connecting to printer” or printer busy “

Check printer you make have things waiting to print delete them.
If you have a WPS button on router press that for 10 seconds & WPS on
Printer for 10 seconds to pair then try printing.

An iOS update broke mine a while back too. First make sure your printer's software is up to date which may fix it. The fix for me was to turn off IPv6 in the printer's network settings. Once turned off restart all devices, not sure if this step was necessary but won't hurt to do it anyways.
