How to cancel YouTube red subscription?

So I tried to cancel YouTube red before the free trial period ended. I’m guessing it didn’t work because it tried to bill me for Another month. I no longer have a payment method and I no longer want youtube red. I can’t figure out how to cancel the subscription. It’s running me in circles and now I can’t update any apps because I can’t change my payment method.

I’ve tried both options there is no cancel subscription button anywhere. Getting aggravated.
