Don’t have my old trusted phone number

I have a different phone number set up to my trusted number and I tried changing it and doing everything and it still asks for my old iCloud account but I would put the password in for it and it would say “error”. I also put on the account recovery that I don’t have that phone number anymore and it told me too many codes have been sent and that I have to wait 5 days until I can access my locked Apple ID. I need some help on what to do. I tried basically everything.
