Question

"open photos to see your photos in this list"

Why do I get "open photos to see your photos in this list" when I try to upload photos to Facebook or other websites? Photos are open. Photo Booth will come up, but not Photos.

In Photos ==> preferences ==> general set click on "use as the system library"
