Choppy video over HDMI!
Mac Pro (very powerful) and choppy video on external LG TV over HDMI. Everything is choppy, even scrolling up/down text and pages. Nothing seems to fix this.

Try another monitor. If it happens on the second one, the issue is with the computer. If it doesn't, the issue is with your TV.
On the TV (and computer) see if there are settings that allow you to set or change (or set) the HDMI refresh cycles. Perhaps your TV is looking for 30 (29.97) Hz and your card is putting out 60 Hz - or vice versa.
