I can't zoom on Photos.

Hi, When I zoom in the Photos App version 3.0 (3251.12.190), it goes all white, even at 101% zoomed and it won't show me the picture zoomed. I've tried to create an other library to see it the problem would be the library and it still happens. Thanks for helping.

I'm using a MacBook Pro mid 2010 which has an Intel Core i5 2.4GHz, 4GB of DDR3 1067MHz RAM and a Intel HD graphics 288mb graphic card and a 240gb SSD that I've upgraded from my old 350gb HDD.

I don't know what does referenced or managed means but my library is located on my external hard drive that I use for back-ups and files.

In the photos preferences ==> general is the box to copy imported items to the Photos library checked (this is managed, the default and very strongly recommended) and if you have unchecked it then you have a referenced account (which is obviously strongly not recommended)

and what format is the external drive, how is it connected and how are you backing up to it - see this article - Where is it safe to store a Photos Library? Requirements for the external drive
