Disable Search functionality?

Is there a way to disable the search functionality on my iPhone? I disabled all background search and siri stuff but I would like to also disable the swipe up for search. Me and many other users I know have no use of that function and it is quite irritating if it happens by accident. Besides, that function is in the screen leftmost screen with the widgets already (and imho not really needed there either, blocking space for useful information). Is there an option to disable it?

I would also like to disable the screen mirroring widget in the Control Centre.
