health app gone from ipad

my health app was deleted on my ipad and I can't get it back. In other posts I have read it says that it cannot be deleted but it was. How do i get it back?

There's no Health app from Apple for iPad.

If you do, then it must be a 3rd party app, check your purchases and re-download it if possible.

There is no health App on an iPad. It's only ever been available on iPhones, and iPod Touches.
