Suddenly not able to login to Blue Cross Blue Shield website
I'm using a MacBook Air (13", Early 2015) w/ 1.6GHz Intel Core i5. OS High Sierra v10.13.3.
Since the latest update I am not able to login to Florida Blue Cross Blue Shield website. Their website does not accept my password and says I have "exceeded the number of attempts", even though I have only attempted login once. Their tech support has reset me password twice, each time it allows me to login one time and then the same problem when I go back in a day or so. When I asked them about it they said they have been suddenly having trouble with people using Apple devices (computers and mobile devices).
