At work using Sierra - -some Users can spin down the arrow at the bottom of the Get Info window to see Users under Sharing and Permissions and some can not. Why is that? In the attached screenshot is what we want to see - -all of the Users. On 2 machines we are not able to toggle down to this view.

I can't follow the directions for resetting permissions bc there is no lock present under the current circumstances. Take a look at the screenshot of the window I posted.
If the issue started after changing the permissions of items in your home folder, reset permissions:
in that section to open it.
, click the lock and enter an administrator name and password.
in the bottom corner of the window, then choose “Apply to enclosed items.” Click OK to confirm the action. A progress bar appears at the top of the window.Have you done a Get Info on the Home folder? You may find you do have the option. Follow the steps as best as you can.
No, I just read this today. I will try on Monday when I go back to work. So, basically, I am just going to Command "I" on Home Folder and Open Terminal and type in command w/o first applying anything to enclosed folders since I dont have that preliminary option?
Hi Eric -- I ran the command... diskutil resetUserPermissions / `id -u`
and it did say it was successful in fixing permissions, but did nothing to change the state of the window that I screenshot and attached last week where it says... 'You have Custom Access". Again, I just want to reiterate, the screenshot is not of a Users hard drive, but of the volume we are Sharing. Two of us can see All Users Groups in that Get Info window from our own iMacs and 2 of us can not. Any other ideas?
