Iphone 6 plus after 11.2.5 update screen resized

all iphone menu look like on ipad , small icons , small letters everything goes smaller...how to change to normal size

Go to Settings > Display & Brightness. Make adjustments.

Go to Settings > Accessibility. Scroll down to INTERACTION - Reachability and make changes. Make any other desired changes.

Not only were the icons smaller after updating to iOS 11.2.6, I was unable to swipe up to quit open apps even though I could still scroll vertically or horizontally. Followed your advice and after a hard restart (press and hold home and power buttons at same time) the icons returned to normal size and I can once again quit apps by swiping them off the top of the screen. Thanks!
