Disk Util Error Message apfs_num

Disc Util shows me following error message since the new High Sierra Update both on my MacBook Pro and on my brand-new iMac Pro: warning: apfs_num_other_fsobjects (52) is not valid (53).

The solution was to start the Mac in Safe Mode (starting with Shift) and the error message disappeared.

But if I changed the user, the error message appeared again (it's magic). Apple support has no idea. Perhaps anyone here knows a solution?

It appears to be occurring for anyone using APFS but not for everyone. If you do a First Aid on the disk, Disk Utility will tell you the disk is OK.

I doubt anyone but an APFS engineer at Apple can tell you more since there isn't much information unless you are an approved developer.
