Need math and Symbol fonts that have Greek as well as Italic Greek.
Was able to locate italic phi but not italic theta, for example.
Design Science Math Type has had these for as long as I've been a Mac developer.

They are available in the Emoji and Symbols of the Input Sources option in Keyboard preferences. Check the box to put them in your menubar. On the left, you can select the keyboards you want to be displayed.
Thanks. After playing around with the keyboard source and settled on using the Font Book.
The keyboard display makes math symbols hard to find and does not organize their families.
It has a favorites screen, but makes you scroll a lot to use it.
Font Book has been improved so there more choices Symbol Font and Euclid Symbol.
Also, fewer omissions: They used to leave out lower-case epsilon one of the most used in math-phys!
How does one recover Math symbol fonts that used to be available? Symbol and Italic Symbol?
