Can I import ir use Garageband effects in Logic?

Sorry for the newbie question. But can I use the effects in GarageBand in Logic? Are they transferable?

Also, is it possible to import a Garageband project directly into LogicPro? Apparently Garageband has very limited export capabilities. Ideally, I would like to go from Garageband to Sibelius but I don't think that is possible. Hence the detour through LogicPro which seems to have more export capabilities. Thanks for any advice.

Can you export multiple audio tracks in an edited Multicam clip? I'm doing a rough cut of a music video using the Multicam feature in Final Cut Pro. When I'm finished the rough cut, I need to be able to export six audio tracks for mixing from the Multicam edit to Logic Pro. Is it possible to do this? It seems as if it is only possible to select one audio track in a Multicam Clip. Can anyone recommend a work-around or a workflow for this. Thanks

Yes, you can in fact open a GarageBand project directly in Logic.

You can open the Garageband song in Logic, all effects will be there.
