Shazam problem with apple music

Hello I just started apple music trial and when i try to open my shazam searchs in apple music, nothing will happens and then a screen appears and asks me to chose my plan, and when i press choose it says you are already a apple music member and nothing will happen. I did restart my phone bust still got the same problem. Thank you in advance for your answers.

iPhone 8 Plus, iOS 11.2.5

Hey, Mohammad1716.


I see that you're having some difficulty using Apple Music on your iPhone 8 Plus. It asks you to select an Apple Music subscription, then it says you're already a member. I'm happy to help.

Turn on iCloud Music Library -- Tap Settings > Music and make sure "Show Apple Music" and "iCloud Music Library" are both on.

If an app unexpectedly quits, stops responding, or won’t open -- First, try searching for music using the Music application on its own. If you're not asked to choose a plan, then try it again with Shazam. If the issue appears when using Shazam, follow the steps in this article.
