How did I activate call waiting it is not in my setting

This link may help you, but if you don't see Call Waiting in Settings > Phone, you need to contact your cellular service provider as that's a feature they control.

If it is not showing in your Settings, then you need to contact your carrier to see if you have the Call Waiting feature as a part of your cellular plan.

True, but a lot of people don't actually read the KB article they link from.

Most don't actually as they think we've got some magic answer the article didn't address.
