Apple Watch alarm not set, but going off anyway

My Apple watch series 3 alarm goes off by itself at odd times. This morning it was at 7:27 am. I didn't set any alarms at that time. My only alarms are at 7 am on weekdays and 8 am on Saturdays. I don't snooze.


I checked the bedtime app too. It is set between 12 midnight and 7 am. I used the 'Siri clear all the alarms' command before. On my apple watch I don't have any alarms set either.


Is this a bug what is this.

Hi


The following steps may help, having resolved the same issue for other users:


On each of your Apple Watch and iPhone, instruct Siri to "clear all alarms".


If the issue persists, next unpair and re-pair your Apple Watch, choosing to set it up as a new watch, rather than restoring it from backup:
