Notifications banner off screen

I’m not sure if it started when I last updated iOS but all notification banners appear off-centre. I can’t read the notification when it appears as I can only see the edge of it, the rest is off screen. When I pull down to read past notifications I can see them all fine, it’s just when a notification appears. I can’t seem to find anyone else with this issue.
