hello
whenever i tried to install adobe after effect, i get this message " The Installer encountered an error that caused the installation to fail. Contact the software manufacturer for assistance"
i've tried all soultions that i found in the internet but still it didn't work.
any help

1- i tried to make a new administer user and install after effect there
2- Open terminal Type Cd and drag the folder that contains the *.pkg file. Hit enter then type: sudo chmod -R 755 nameofmyadobeCC.pkg hit enter, put the password in and enter again. It will take you back to the command. Then run and package again and it worked after waiting like 3 hours to install the full CC package but worth the wait.
3- try to install adobe after effect from creative cloud, but there is error when downloading

Only if you choose to erase the disk, and there's no reason you should do that. However, if you do, you simply reinstall them.

What is the error?
when downloading adobe creative cloud app , i get this message "we have encountered the following issues: creative cloud desktop failed to install. (error code:1)"
So neither Creative Cloud app or the other one will install.
Try reinstall the OS.
how can I re-install OS? and does this options delete my other apps like Microsoft office ?
