Notifications are in the wrong language

I’ve been getting notifications from some of my apps in the wrong language. Sometimes it’s spanish and sometimes it’s German. I have the language set as English on my iPhone and there are no other languages set. I don’t know how to fix this and I just want my notifications in English

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities. It's my understanding that some notifications on your iPhone intermittently appear in Spanish or German. You've done a great job confirming your settings. I'm happy to help.

If you haven't already, I recommend restarting your iPhone. Restarting can resolve many unexpected behaviors.
Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

If the issue persists, reinstall your iPhone iOS with iTunes. This step can resolve possible software issues. When reinstalling iOS, iTunes will completely remove your current software and install a fresh version. While iTunes will try to do this without removing data, it's a good idea to make sure you have a recent backup before trying this step.
