Apps missing from iCloud list

I got a new phone last week and set it up with an iCloud back up from the same day. Some of my apps have missing data; when I checked the iCloud settings on my old phone, those apps aren't on the list of options in iCloud, but I know they can be backed up to iCloud (there is not even a 'show more' option)

I'm really confused and I really need the data for some of those apps but I don't know how to get it back.
