Is HomePod power cord removable?

Also, in the second line of the Forbes article:

"Update: Now updated to reflect the fact that Apple does not advise removing the cable from the back of the HomePod. So don't do it!"

Please, please, PLEASE do not go spreading misinformation in this forum. Forbes had an early-release model. It's possible that the model they had contained a removable plug. The released version is not designed to be removed by the end user.

It's fairly commonsense but: "Pull the plug—not the cord—when disconnecting from the outlet." If there's not an obvious plug to pull, DON'T PULL THE CORD! It's a safety thing. Most people know this. If you don't know it, you're being told it now.
