iPhone name will not change / update in Settings
After changing my iPhone’s name under settings > general > about > name, I took notice that the name will not update itself on the bottom of the iCloud page. Even after reset! Any suggestions?

When you make a backup in iCloud, which is what is displaying in your iCloud settings, that backup is named after the phone at the time. Once your Phone backs up to iCloud again, there will be a backup labeled as the new name you've assigned.
